Hypergene is aquired by Thoma Bravo
Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, will acquire a majority stake in Hypergene from Monterro, the leading B2B software investor in the Nordics, and the minority shareholders. With the support of Thoma Bravo, Hypergene will be able to focus even more on product development and the European growth strategy.
