Semcon Works More Efficiently with the Help of Hypergene
Following the introduction of a cloud-based solution from Hypergene, Semcon can now develop and streamline its financial planning. The solution has been implemented according to plan and now allows Semcon to work on the basis of a planning model, where the focus is on working ‘driver-based’ and with rolling forecasts.

With the new system, the goal is to increase the quality of our forecasts whilst, at the same time, producing them in a significantly reduced time frame. Hypergene’s system solution in combination with their responsiveness and their knowledge of financial planning has made it possible for us to initiate further streamlining of our processes,” says Andreas Frennberg, Group Business Controller at Semcon.
The deal between Semcon and Hypergene was signed in April and means that Semcon has access to Hypergene’s product for financial planning, follow-up and analysis. In total, about 200 people work with the solution which went into operation in June.
